Lost at Sea

You’ve been taken hostage- they have you onboard a ship, no cell service, in the middle of the ocean. You could completely disappear and no one on land would know about it for days. And that's the point. You’re totally lost at sea, absolutely no contact with the outside world, and it's the best money you’ve ever spent.

Royal Caribbean X Liam Neeson

Liam Neeson, the daddy of hostage situations, knows a thing or two about being taken. Which is why we’re picking him to be the celebrity spokesperson for our “Lost at Sea” campaign.

Influencers Taken Hostage

Royal Caribbean is taking some of the biggest travel influencers hostage. The ransom? All we want is their freedom, or rather for them to give us the chance to show them what freedom looks like. We’re inviting them on board to spend a week with no wifi or outside communication, we want them to unplug and take in the beauty of being lost at sea.

Ration Kits

Being stuck on board a ship with limited rations is a nightmare scenario. Royal Caribbean wants to make sure you have all you need for your not-so-harrowing time at sea, so we’re putting together crates full of: magazines, beach reads, a big beach towel, sunscreen, exclusive discounts at the onboard retail stores, and drink tokens. This box is packaged like you’re in for the hardest week of your life, only to be filled to the brim with all the necessities for seven days of leisure.

A Message in a Bottle

A series of bottles with mysterious messages have washed ashore on some of the world's most pristine beaches. Are these messages one final attempt to reach humanity? Not exactly, each bottle comes with a letter explaining the joys of being disconnected from it all on the vastness of the ocean and they each hold four tickets inviting the lucky finder to experience the same freedom on board a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship.
